Since all of our Christian apparel is custom-made specifically for you after you place your order, production time can vary. Generally, orders are produced within 2–7 business days, followed by shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.
We aim for high accuracy, but we are a custom-made brand. Always consult the size chart provided on the product page before placing your order. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor differences.

Returns, Exchanges, & Quality
No. Because every item is custom-made just for you after you place your order, we cannot support returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind (buyer's remorse). Please check the size chart carefully!
We guarantee the quality of our production. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or contains a clear manufacturing error, we will make it right.
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@wearunshaken.com.
- Please include your Order Number and a clear photo of the issue.
- We will provide a free reprint or a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.
For our DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, the standard production tolerance for print placement is up to 0.5 inches. Minor variations within this tolerance are not considered defects.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.
